Smoking and vaping, regardless of substance, is prohibited everywhere on our property except under the roadside pergola and within 5 feet of the roadside campfire site. You may smoke/vape in this designated area and only when this site is not being used by minor children.
You must dispose of butts properly WHILE at these sites.
You may NOT walk across the property while smoking or vaping.
You will be asked to leave WITHOUT A REFUND if you break these rules.
You will be charged a $250 fee for tobacco/marijuana smoke odors in your room.
We love animals but ONLY PRE-APPROVED PETS ARE WELCOME.
You MUST DISCLOSE your service animal or pet when you make your reservation and have our APPROVAL prior to arrival.
We require that your animal be house trained, well mannered, in good health, and CURRENTLY taking flea and tick preventive, entering our property flea and tick free.
Pets are NOT allowed on bedding and furniture.
Remain in control of your animal by command or leash when on the grounds.
USE DESIGNATED RELIEF AREA AND USE WASTE BAGS, disposing of them in the trash dumpster.
Dog towels are available by request. Do not use guest toweling on animals.
We ask that you do not leave an anxious and insecure pet in the room unattended.
Our sons offer pet-sitting services with lots of personal attention!

A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for undisclosed or unapproved pets in a NON-pet friendly room.
A $25/day fee will be charged for undisclosed or unapproved pets in a pet-friendly room.
Excessive cleaning fee of $26/hour still applies.
The guest or owner of the animal will be held financially responsible for all damage, cleaning, or injury caused.
This schedule allows housekeeping to thoroughly clean the room for the next guest. Please ask ahead if you need an early check-in or late check-out.
TO CHECK OUT.
Simply leave the room unlocked with the key in the room on the keyhook. If able, sending us a text is kind so we can start cleaning.
FAILURE TO CHECK OUT.
Failure to check out timely (by 10 a.m. or a time agreed upon by management) will result in an added night (or nights) charge and/or removal of guest items from room to allow for housekeeping and preparation for the next guest.
Ample space for parking your rig.
Power posts in parking area for charging boat batteries.
Fish cleaning house (just ask and we will supply running water).
Deer and game dressing site.
Gazebo, grill/smoker, picnic tables, campfire site.
Outdoor porch rockers.
Kitchens that include full size refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, microwave/air fryer/convection oven (some rooms have a range with oven and a toaster) and a dining area.
Free wifi for streaming and wireless local antenna.
Air conditioning and ceiling fans or standing fans.
Bed linens, towels, and kitchen towels are provided.
AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST:
Keurig coffee maker, electric skillet, foodi, slow cooker, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, sound machine, alarm clock, table fan, extension cord, picnic tablecloth, outdoor games including horseshoes, yard yahtzee, chess.
If you reserved one room for 1 to 4 nights:
We kindly request 48 hour notice of cancelation. If you provide shorter than 48 hours notice of check-in, or if you leave early, you will be charged for your full reservation.
Example: Please cancel BY 3PM Wednesday if you reserved for Friday and Saturday.
If you reserved one room for 5 or more nights, or if you have reserved multiple rooms:
We kindly request 7 days notice of cancelation. If you provide shorter than 7 day notice of check-in you will be charged for your full reservation. This charge is applicable to individual rooms and each room of a multiple room reservation.
Example: Please cancel by 3PM on the 13th for a week stay that begins the 20th.
Canceling a block of rooms reserved for special events:
Block room deposits of 50% are collected upon reservation. Block room deposits are non-refundable. The balance is due 7 days prior to check-in date or the reservation is canceled.
In the short time we have owned Longville Inn we have realized how popular we are in the Longville area. It's disappointing to turn down someone needing a reservation because we have no rooms available. It's regretful when a reserved room is canceled with short notice and the time to offer that room to another guest has passed. We urge you to plan your vacations well in advance and stay in communication as your reservation approaches.

You are responsible for any damages caused by human or animal in your party.
Please let us know right away of any damages/repair needed so we can prevent further damage or harm to you and other guests.
We maintain a list of replacement costs for damaged/missing items, available upon request.
Excessive cleaning fee is charged by the hour at $26/hour and may also be charged in addition to any fee.
